Dr. Celeste Defillo-Lopez obtained her medical degree at La Universidad National Pedro Henriquez Urena (UNPHU) in the Dominican Republic. After graduation, she worked as a primary care physician in the Dominican Republic. After emigrating to the United States, she completed her Internal Medicine residency at the Catholic Medical Centers of Brooklyn and Queens. Dr. Defillo-Lopez joined NYC H+H/Queens to serve as an attending physician in the Ambulatory Care Clinic and has now transitioned to Hospitalist Medicine. She is renowned for providing the highest quality, detail oriented and compassionate care.
