At QHC, you are a part of a big family that strives to provide best possible patient care. On my interview day I was surprised by the kindness and happiness of entire hospital staff, including the residents. My amazement continues every day at the program’s collegial, positive, comfortable and strong academic environment. The QHC Internal Medicine Residency Program offers great didactics, very approachable attendings, balanced autonomy and the most diverse patient population in the country. There is an immense emphasis on research and the affiliation with Mount Sinai gives us abundant resources. I am grateful for all the opportunities provided at QHC; they will make me a knowledgeable and clinically superior internist and I look forward to continuing my journey in a competitive fellowship program.
